Every feed, nap and vaccine. In your language.
Palna remembers the last feed, the next vaccine and tonight's medicine, so you don't have to. Log in one tap, share with the whole family, and keep going when the internet or the electricity doesn't.
Palna gives general information from the WHO, NHS, CDC and Pakistan's EPI. It is not a medical device and doesn't replace your doctor. In an emergency, call Rescue 1122 or Edhi 115.
Made for Pakistan
Not a foreign app translated later. Built here, for families here.
Most baby apps assume a US vaccine schedule, American food and a steady connection. Palna starts from how babies are raised in Pakistan.
English, Urdu or Roman Urdu
Every screen in proper Nastaliq Urdu, right to left, or in Roman Urdu for WhatsApp-style reading. Each family member picks their own.
Pakistan's EPI schedule
BCG at birth through Measles-Rubella and Typhoid at 9 months, with due dates worked out from your baby's birthday and reminders the day before.
Khichdi, daliya and suji
A starting-solids guide with the foods you actually cook: daal, lauki, chikoo, qeema and dahi, with how to prepare each for your baby's age.
Works in load-shedding
Everything is saved on your phone first. No signal, no electricity, no problem: it syncs to the family when you're back online.
1122 and Edhi, one tap away
Warning signs that need help now, and tap-to-call Rescue 1122, Edhi 115 and Chhipa 1020, so nobody has to search in a panic.
Heat and summer advice
Keeping babies cool in 45° heat, when a breastfed baby doesn't need water, and the signs of dehydration to watch for.

Questions
Frequently asked
When can I download Palna?
Palna is in final testing and coming to Google Play and the App Store soon. Email hello@palnacare.com and we'll tell you the day it launches.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything you log is saved on your phone first, so Palna works in load-shedding, on a weak signal or with no data at all. It syncs with your family when you're back online.
Can the whole family use it?
Yes. The parent who adds the baby can invite others with a 6-letter code (it works once and expires in 7 days). Everyone sees the same baby, and each person can choose English, Urdu or Roman Urdu.
Twins or more than one child?
Add as many babies as you like and switch between them from the home screen.
Is the vaccine schedule official?
It follows Pakistan's Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI). Schedules change and can differ by province, so always confirm dates with your vaccinator or child specialist.
Is Palna medical advice?
No. Palna shows general guidance from the WHO, NHS, CDC and Pakistan's EPI and helps you keep records. It doesn't diagnose anything. If you're worried, contact a doctor; in an emergency call Rescue 1122 or Edhi 115.
Who can see my baby's information?
Only you and the family members you invite. We don't sell data or show ads. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Delete my account. Or email us. Details are on the delete your account page.
